Dovetail Recruitment are delighted to be working with a successful and growing international business based in Ringwood. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Administration and Amazon Operations Coordinator tojoin their friendly and fast-paced team.

This varied and exciting role will see you act as the central coordination point for a global sales team, supporting key functions such as Amazon operations, showroom and sample management, account set-up, forecasting, and events support. The ideal candidate will be confident, organised, and detail-oriented, with experience using Amazon systems, Excel, and ERP platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Administration and Amazon Operations Coordinator:

Sales Team Support

  • Central point of contact for a global sales team based across the UK and internationally
  • Day-to-day coordination of administrative and customer-facing tasks
  • Manage and process sales support documentation efficiently

Sample & Showroom Management

  • Oversee sample requests from sales and marketing teams
  • Maintain stock accountability for samples
  • Manage showroom presentation and scheduling
  • Maintain organisation and tracking within the stockroom

Customer & Product Support

  • Coordinate and update customer workbooks and account overviews
  • Support setup of new accounts and products, including regulatory and compliance forms
  • Process warranty claims

Pricing & Forecasting

  • Create and maintain customer price lists in collaboration with Operations and Brand teams
  • Update sales forecasts and support efforts to minimise stockouts

Event & Sales Meeting Support

  • Manage stock and logistics for trade shows and events
  • Book travel and accommodation for the sales team as needed
  • Record sales meeting minutes and track actions

Amazon Operations Support

  • Manage Amazon order processing and stock monitoring
  • Respond to customer queries promptly
  • Support listing creation, keyword research, and content optimisation
  • Track reviews and flag product or listing issues
  • Assist in PPC performance monitoring and reporting

Content & Data Accuracy

  • Regularly review and update online retailer specifications and product content
  • Ensure latest product assets are available and accurate

Minimum Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a varied sales support or sales administration role
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon systems and eCommerce platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, international business environment
