RecQuest are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a modern, forward-thinking law firm who are looking for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their growing team in Ringwood. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys genuine client interaction, autonomy in their caseload, and working as part of a friendly, collaborative team.
The Role
This is a broad and rewarding Private Client position supporting a fee earner, with opportunity to develop and manage your own files too. You’ll be involved in:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Supporting with Estate Administration and Probate matters
- Liaising with clients and third parties to progress cases efficiently
- Using case management systems and document automation tools to streamline work
- Assisting with related conveyancing matters linked to estates where required
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive and personable Private Client Paralegal who can hit the ground running. You’ll need:
- Prior experience in Private Client law, with exposure to managing or progressing your own files
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple cases with empathy and professionalism
- Confidence working with modern systems (full training provided)
- A flexible approach as this team values initiative, kindness, and collaboration
