Your Company:This is an opportunity for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful and growing, real estate business, operating within the Ringwood area. With services covering both Lettings and Sales, this is a sizeable business, with a customer base across the south of England, which they provide first-class services to, and have facilitated numerous sales and deals, ensuring both happy clients and happy buyers. Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Undertaking viewings
Liaising with vendor clients to provide feedback
Building relationships with buyers to establish their requirements
Handling negotiations between vendors and buyers on the sale prices
Ensuring the sale is progressed effectively and actioning any problems that occur promptly
Ensuring that excellent communication is maintained between the vendor and buyer up until the point of completion

What you will need to Apply:The ideal candidate for this role will have at least one years’ experience with a negotiator capacity, in an estate agency environment. Applicants should be strong communicators, particularly face-to-face and on the telephone, and have a confident approach to negotiations and sales. Organisation abilities would be valuable, alongside the ability to manage a diverse workload. The company is really seeking someone who is proactive and driven to achieve targets.
