We are thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our award winning construction client to drive our company's strategic growth. This role is pivotal in identifying fresh avenues for business expansion, fostering strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence.

(Assistant Level will be considered - Training will be provided )

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, while nurturing enduring relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  2. Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across designated sectors, ensuring consistent growth and revenue generation.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning our company as a preferred partner.
  4. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and untapped market segments.
  5. Assist in the preparation and submission of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and maintain up-to-date supply chain updates.
  6. Develop compelling and persuasive business presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  7. Collaborate closely with Bid teams to craft winning tender bids and actively seek feedback to continuously improve our approach.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with Previous experience in Business Development or related fields is preferred, Construction industry knowledge would be highly desirable.

Remuneration Package:

In recognition of your dedication and expertise, our client will offer a competitive salary package, inclusive of a car/travel allowance. Additionally, you will receive 25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays, access to a group personal pension scheme, life assurance (3x basic salary), and participation in the Medicash scheme.
