We are proud to be working with this thriving and successful business. You will be responsible for supporting a busy team, assisting with all asbestos-related activities within demolition projects, ensuring compliance with legislation and keeping accurate records.

Salary is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum. 21 days holiday plus BH’s, Private Healthcare (Vitality Health - comes with £500 towards Eye Health, £100 towards Dental Health, Travel Insurance & more) & Pension.

Hours of work 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday - fully office-based

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Asbestos documentation - maintaining asbestos registers and documentation in line with CAR 2012 regulations, ensuring all documentation is ready and available for audits and inspections
  • Coordinating and managing asbestos survey requests and removal notices
  • Liaising with licensed asbestos removal contractors and consultants
  • General administrative support for the Asbestos Management team

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in a Demolition or Asbestos role is essential
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Team player with great communication skills
  • IT savvy - especially Excel
