Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – £46,550 – Ripley – Days, Afters, and Nights
Location: RipleySalary: £46,550Shift Pattern: Rotating Days, Afters, and Nights, with an early finish on Friday during the afternoon shift
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a bespoke and well-established manufacturing business in the Ripley area to recruit a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical bias). This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate start available.
Maintenance Engineer – Key Responsibilities:-
Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance across production equipment

Work with PLC-controlled systems on a daily basis (fault finding)

Support and mentor apprentices as part of the wider team

Minimise equipment downtime and support overall plant efficiency

Communicate with other departments to support smooth operations

Level 3 or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)

Apprentice trained preferred

Strong fault-finding skills, ideally with PLC exposure

Previous experience within a manufacturing environment

Mechanical or electrical bias considered
