Job Summary
Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Telesales Accounts Manager. In this role you will maintain relationships with existing clients by upselling products whilst providing the best possible customer service.
Duties
- Contacting potential customers via telephone, email or social media to generate interest in and sell products.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Update CRM and database systems.
- Attend events and networking opportunities to maximise business opportunities.
- Identify and assess customersā needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and trust with customer accounts.
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Skills/Experience
- IT proficiency (including MS Office 365) with a working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening.
- An understanding of working in a target driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and secure long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in using sales tools to track, progress and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident approach.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deal appropriately with sometimes demanding and challenging customers.
