Job Summary

Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Telesales Accounts Manager. In this role you will maintain relationships with existing clients by upselling products whilst providing the best possible customer service.

Duties

  • Contacting potential customers via telephone, email or social media to generate interest in and sell products.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Update CRM and database systems.
  • Attend events and networking opportunities to maximise business opportunities.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and trust with customer accounts.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

Skills/Experience

  • IT proficiency (including MS Office 365) with a working knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • An understanding of working in a target driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and secure long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools to track, progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deal appropriately with sometimes demanding and challenging customers.
