About the Role:

This position comes with a competitive base salary and the potential to earn up to 18,000 in annual performance bonuses, paid quarterly. Bonus eligibility is linked to home occupancy and achieving a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted inspections.
Who they're Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in roles relevant to residential care for children.
- At least 2 years' experience managing and supervising staff.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
- Proven track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted ratings in previous roles.
