Location: Robertsbridge | Rotating Shifts: 06:00 - 16:00 / 19:00 - 05:00

Our client, a well-established company based in Robertsbridge, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Loading Bay Operative to join their team. This role involves ensuring the efficient and safe loading and unloading of goods, maintaining accurate records, and supporting smooth warehouse operations. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork.
You'll be responsible for:
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Check and verify incoming and outgoing deliveries against documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized loading bay area.
- Operate handling equipment in line with safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Manual handling of goods and materials.
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Assist with stock control and inventory checks.
- Complete relevant paperwork and update systems accurately.

Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
