With our Client we are looking to appoint a Management Accountant who will be Qualified by Experience or Qualified ACCA / CIMA.
Our Client has been in business for over 30 years and has won multiple awards across the Group. Due to the continued growth of the Group we are looking to appoint a dynamic / forward thinking Management Accountant who will contribute to the continued success of the Group through continuous improvement and problem solving whilst at the same time delivering Company Board Packs and Management Accounts on time!
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT;
- Basic Salary of c £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
- Annual Performance related Salary Review and Bonus

After probation our Client will offer hybrid working - 2 days in the office and 3 days home, they work a 37.5 hour week.
THE ROLE AND SKILLS NEEDED FOR THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT ROLE;
Reporting to the Finance Director - you will work to support a small and productive Finance Team.The ability to plan and manage your own workload will be key to the success of your appointment as will your attention to detail and accuracy.
Our Client uses Sage and Excel across;
- Year End Accounts and Audit Preparation
- Working to build and maintain strong relationships with Audit Team and Banks
- Preparation and submission of Board Packs
- Review and prepare Income Statements and Balance Sheets
- Control Banking activities - including sign off Payments
- Prepare detailed Cost Analysis
- Support and develop team
