Job: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Rochdale

Hourly Pay: £12.21

Length of Assignment: Temp to Perm (week to week – successful, reliable candidates are likely to go permanent in this role after 12 – 14 weeks)

Main Responsibilities:

Our well-respected client is looking for candidates who can build a rapport over the phone, connecting with people to build loyalty. You will be liaising with private patients who have made enquiries, talking them through options available to them and ensuring their healthcare journey is smooth and supportive. You will be confident talking about the advantages of the private healthcare, showcasing the exceptional choices and delivering and outstanding “best in class” service.

You will take incoming calls, respond to live chat and online enquiries, your written and verbal communication must be good, you are liaising with patients and the information you take needs to be recorded accurately.

Working Hours:

Shift Work: (7.5 hours on Monday – Friday), you will work between the hours of 08.00 – 20.00

You will be required to work 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday 08.00 – 1300) – you will be given time of in lieu the following week.

Key Skills:

Excellent telephone manner

Good customer service skills

Experience:

Previous telephone-based customer service experience ideal

Previous sales experience advantageous
