- Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed and organised records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and report recurring issues to improve service delivery.
- Assist customers in navigating available resources and services.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a customer-focused role, preferably within a call centre environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer care.
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Can commit to a 4 month temporary role.
