Our client within Financial Service is looking for a Collections Agent to join their busy Customer Support Team working in a fast-paced environment.
Collections Agent Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide first-class support for inbound and outbound calls, emails, webchats, and other correspondence
- Assist customers facing financial challenges, identifying fair and appropriate solutions
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Work effectively within a busy, fast-paced team environment, consistently achieving service level KPIs and exceeding targets.
Collections Agent Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Track record of exceeding KPI Targets
- Ability to embrace change and adapt to new ideas/environments
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and other Computer Systems
- High levels of accuracy/attention to detail
