They areinstallation contractors and distributors, having installed and shipped lights across the globe. They are currently seeking a reliable and organisedOffice Manager /Co-ordinatorto join their team on apermanent basisat their Rochdale office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing up quotesfor clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Responding to email enquiriesin a timely and efficient manner.
  • Invoicingcompleted jobs using Sage.
  • Scheduling worksand managing appointments.
  • Managing office stockand ordering any equipment as needed.
  • Managing the engineers training,ensuring that all certificates are up to date, and booking them on courses when necessary.
  • General administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and email platforms.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience with Sage invoicing software is preferred but not essential.
