Well then, we want to hear from you! 

We’re on the hunt for a Sales Progressor to join a growing, dynamic team to ensure a smooth property sales process for vendors & buyers, ensuring completion is reached as efficiently and quickly as possible! 

What you'll be doing... 

  • Oversee and progress property sales from offer acceptance through to legal completion, ensuring transactions move smoothly and efficiently.

  • Act as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other third parties to keep all parties informed and updated.

  • Proactively follow up on outstanding information, documents, and actions to minimise delays and keep transactions on track.

  • Identify potential issues or risks early in the process and take appropriate action to resolve them, escalating where necessary.

  • Keep CRM systems and internal databases updated with progress notes, key dates, and documentation for compliance purposes.

  • Communicate progress to clients, offering support and reassurance throughout the sales process.

  • Work to agreed timelines and performance metrics to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and timely completions.

  • Adhere to legal, regulatory, and company policies regarding anti-money laundering (AML), GDPR, and property sales procedures.

What you'll bring to the table... 

  • Demonstrable and recent experience as a Sales Progressor or Senior Sales Negotiator 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable under pressure & working to targets. 

  • Organised, proactive, and detail-focused.

  • Confident in handling negotiations and overcoming challenges.

  • Friendly, approachable, and service-driven.
