They employ a world-class accelerated business transformation approach, leveraging pre-configured back-office best practices and a six-layer target operating model to help clients achieve rapid ROI and seamless Workday deployments.
As a Manager - Workday HCM Consultant, you will:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM workstreams, managing offshore teams through configuration, testing and go-live.
• Conduct client workshops and facilitate requirements gathering with HR and IT stakeholders.
• Design and configure Workday Core HCM modules, ensuring solutions align with both industry standards and client needs.
• Produce and own key project artefacts-business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases and traceability matrices.
• Build lasting relationships with client teams, acting as a trusted advisor throughout implementation and beyond.
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing functional and technical insights to proposals.
The ideal Manager - Workday HCM Consultant will have:
• Workday Core HCM certification and at least one full-cycle implementation under your belt.
• Demonstrable experience leading HCM workstreams and guiding offshore consultants.
• Strong background as a functional consultant, advising on business process change within HR.
• Proven track record of running client-facing workshops and negotiating scope changes.
• Consultancy experience, including involvement in pre-sales and business development activities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
