Role: Computer Science Teacher
Location: Rochdale
Qualiteach is currently looking for a skilled teacher of computer science to work at a local secondary school in the Rochdale area. The role is due to begin on 02/09/2024 and is offered on a full-time, long-term basis until the end of the academic year.
The position will involve teaching computer science at KS3 & KS4 and prior experience teaching at both levels is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to teach computer science up to and including KS4
- A passion for computing
- Ability to create and deliver engaging lessons
- Good behaviour management strategies
- Flexible approach
- Ability to engage with a wide array of students
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Hold PGCE with QTS or equivalent
- Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
