My client is one of the region's leading social care organisations, looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). The role's main focus will be on employee relations and policy development, working in a small, friendly team with a great culture and an organisation that places the welfare of their clients are the heart ofeverything they do.

The organisation have life-changing services for people living with disabilities, and also older adults living with dementia. Their services are invaluable and also creative and innovative, including family support, residential care, and other opportunities for personal development & employment.

You will be looking for a rewarding role where you can make a difference, and will thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment. Your HR experience must include working with employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary matters, unauthorised absence and other formal HR processes.

The HR team at all levels are hands-on, and this is a supportive, positive and upbeat environment. It will be 3 days per week with some flexibility around how this would work for you, and the position will be offered on a 6 month fixed term contract.
