The Job

Develop and maintain expertise in the product range of the company.

Manage documentation for planning and consult with technical and sales team the assist in bringing the product to a wider audience.

Ensure compliance and that all necessary documentation is present and up to-date.

Maintain internal systems and CRM systems.

Provide initiative-taking and timely response to external and internal customers.

Maintain customer database and assist in organising mailshots and new products launches.

Train staff on new products and update to enable them to deliver a high level of customer service.

About you

Proven experience of supporting the delivery of a product to market.

Excellent written and communication skills, with good presentation skills

Ability to manage multi projects and meet short- and long-term deadlines.

Background in customer service roles involving product management.

Proficiency in incorporating new and existing tools such as Hubspot or Mondays.com

Experience within a manufacturing environment would be a distinct advantage.
