- Managing a mixed caseload of civil, property, and insolvency litigation matters.
- Handling landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, and general litigation files with appropriate supervision.
- Supporting senior solicitors on more complex matters and strategic legal work.
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and external professionals to progress matters effectively.
- Responding promptly and professionally to client queries and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Contributing to the growth and development of the litigation department through networking and business development initiatives.
- Assisting in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing best practice procedures.
- A qualified Solicitor with up to 2 years’ PQE in civil and/or property litigation.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy caseload.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset, eager to contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle files independently with supervision as needed.
- Experience dealing directly with clients and managing matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.
