DT Teacher  – September start

Cover People are working in partnership with a warm and welcoming secondary school in Rochdale to find a full time DT Teacher in September!

The role will be likely teaching KS3 & KS4 Design Technology with planning and marking involved. The school would like the ideal candidate to join a supportive Design Technology department in a desirable location with excellent transport links. The school are more than happy to support ECTS!

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will hold QTS or QTLS
  • Recent experience teaching DT within secondary schools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion to impact students to create a productive environment for students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. The above vacancy is a temporary position. Occasionally, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. We offer flexibility with this, as we understand some candidates may not wish to commit to a permanent contract.
