The role will be working alongside experienced industry professionals and will involve carrying out floor plans on properties, taking property photos internally and externally and learning to value.

Working hours:
- Full Time
- Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.30
- Alternate Saturdays
The successful Trainee Valuer role will be offered:
- Basic salary ranging from £24,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience
- OTE £27,000 - £28,000
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

To be considered for the Trainee Valuer role you must have:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to close for business
- Attention to detail
- Driving licence
As a Trainee Valuer, your role will involve:
- Learning how to value and subsequently carrying out Valuations
- Preparing Floor plans on properties
- Photographing Properties internally and externally
