A primary school in the OL12 area is seeking a talented and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2025 initially for 1 term however this may be extended. The school is known for its nurturing environment where children are encouraged to develop not only academically but also socially and emotionally. They focus on creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere that helps every child thrive and reach their full potential.
As an EYFS Teacher, you will play an important role in delivering the curriculum and enhancing the children's learning experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering your own lessons each day.
* Marking and assessing pupils' work to track their progress, providing valuable feedback to parents/guardians.
* Offering support and guidance to your pupils, with a particular focus on preparing them for the phonics screener.
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy and safeguarding procedures.
* Creating and maintaining a positive learning environment where pupils feel supported and can thrive.
Applicants must hold a QTS and demonstrate a passion for helping children fulfil their academic and personal potential. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
