About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven, no-nonsense Production Supervisor to join our busy team in Rochdale. If you're someone who thrives on results, takes ownership, and knows how to manage people effectively - we want to hear from you.
You'll oversee the day-to-day production processes, ensuring targets are met, and team members are held accountable. You'll need to motivate, challenge, and support your team to reach the highest standards while keeping a close eye on safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of production operatives across the shift.
Ensure smooth and efficient running of the production process.
Drive continuous improvements to hit KPIs and targets.
Tackle performance and discipline issues directly and fairly.
Develop your team with good communication and leadership skills.
Maintain safety and quality standards at all times.
About You:
Strong people-management skills - approachable but not afraid to make tough decisions.
Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment.
Driven, hands-on, and a real "get the job done" attitude.
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
