About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven, no-nonsense Production Supervisor to join our busy team in Rochdale. If you're someone who thrives on results, takes ownership, and knows how to manage people effectively - we want to hear from you.

You'll oversee the day-to-day production processes, ensuring targets are met, and team members are held accountable. You'll need to motivate, challenge, and support your team to reach the highest standards while keeping a close eye on safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
