What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for managing all aspects the contractual and financial side of the construction projects,
Completing monthly reports and conducting client meetings,
Ensuring budgets, programmes and risks are being monitored.

Our client is a mechanical HVAC contractor that provides end-to-end ventilation and fire safety solutions, including design, engineering, installation and commissioning, across sectors such as energy, defence, transport and commercial buildings.
What you'll need:
An ONC/HNC in a related subject,
Strong proficiency in measuring drawings and cost estimation,
Experience with NEC contract administration,
Ability to understand and measure drawings accurately.
