Senior Lettings Negotiator - Rochdale - £28,000 - £35,000 + Commission 

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00, every other Saturday 09:00 - 13:00

Well then, we want to hear from you! 

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a market-leading, dynamic team to manage the lettings process from first viewing right through to move-in day.

What you'll be doing... 

  • Respond quickly to property enquiries and register new applicants.

  • Conduct valuations of new rental properties 

  • Conduct viewings and promptly following up to secure offers.

  • Negotiate between landlords and tenants to finalise agreements.

  • Process applications, arrange paperwork, and ensure all compliance requirements are met.

  • Coordinate inventories, cleaning, and move-in preparations.

  • Keep landlords & tenants fully informed every step of the way.
