Roofer – Social Housing Maintenance

Pay: £20/hr - £22hr(CIS)

Temporary – Ongoing

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Roofer to carry out reactive maintenance and roofing repairs on social housing properties across Rochdale. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to join a well-established team delivering essential maintenance services.

Roofer Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing (Essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous roofing experience, ideally within social housing or property maintenance
• Comfortable working at height and fully compliant with Health & Safety regulations

Roofer Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering reactive roofing repairs across a portfolio of social housing properties
• Working both independently and alongside other trades to complete repairs to a high standard
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety procedures
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas to a professional standard
