We are seeking a qualified and experienced Roofer to join a leading property maintenance team, delivering essential reactive repairs and ongoing maintenance services across social housing properties in Rochdale.

Roofer Responsibilities:

Reactive Roofing Repairs: Respond to and carry out essential repairs across social housing properties in Rochdale.
Teamwork & Independence: Work independently and as part of a multi-trade team to deliver high-quality repairs.
Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations to ensure safe working practices.
Professional Standards: Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to a professional and tidy standard.

Essential Roofer Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 in Roofing (or equivalent qualification)
Full UK Driving Licence
Proven roofing experience, preferably in social housing or property maintenance
Comfortable working at height and fully compliant with Health & Safety standards
Immediate availability for work
