Job Title: Secondary English Teacher

Salary: Dependent on experience
A thriving Rochdale secondary school is working with TimePlan Education to appoint a dynamic English Teacher to join their supportive department. The successful candidate will deliver inspiring lessons that encourage creativity, confidence and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English Literature and Language to KS3 and KS4
- Prepare students thoroughly for GCSE examinations
- Develop engaging learning resources and schemes of work
- Support targeted intervention groups when necessary
- Take part in extracurricular English or literacy activities
Requirements:
- QTS and secondary English teaching experience
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to motivate learners
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
