Teachwise is currently looking for an experienced Maths Teacher for a mainstream secondary academy based within the Rochdalearea.
The role will involve teaching Maths at both KS3 & KS4 and previous experience teaching at both levels is required.
The position is due to begin on 26/01/26and will continue on a full-time basis, 5 days per week until the end of the academic year.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to teach Maths up to KS4
- A passion for the subject
- Ability to raise standards throughout
- Ability to engage with a varies cohort
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to differentiate lessons accordingly
- Good behaviour management strategies
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
- Hold QTS or equivalent
- Immediately available
