Daytime Healthcare are assisting a supported living organisation who are looking for a Service Manager to join their team in Rochdale, Mancheaster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations in the absence of the Registered/Deputy Care Manager.
  • Support with Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration and inspection processes.
  • Manage and support the care team through regular supervisions, appraisals, and training.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
  • Develop rotas that reflect the needs of service users and staff availability

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a similar management role in the care sector.
  • Background working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • A clear understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding and risk management.

Desirable:

  • Experience in service development and partnership working.
  • Familiarity with CQC standards and inspections.
