Daytime Healthcare are assisting a supported living organisation who are looking for a Service Manager to join their team in Rochdale, Mancheaster.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations in the absence of the Registered/Deputy Care Manager.
- Support with Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration and inspection processes.
- Manage and support the care team through regular supervisions, appraisals, and training.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
- Develop rotas that reflect the needs of service users and staff availability
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Proven experience in a similar management role in the care sector.
- Background working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A clear understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding and risk management.
Desirable:
- Experience in service development and partnership working.
- Familiarity with CQC standards and inspections.
