Key Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive a first-class service experience. Your duties will include:

Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
Ensuring all work is completed accurately, on time, and with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintaining thorough and accurate records of all work completed.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and service advisors to ensure excellent communication and workflow.
Keeping your work area clean, safe, and compliant with all health and safety standards.

About You

We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their work, maintains professionalism at all times, and is committed to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have:

A Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealership or high-quality independent workshop.
Strong diagnostic and technical skills, with a methodical and accurate approach to work.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a desire to meet and exceed targets.
A full UK driving licence.
