Sales Administrator Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Processing customer orders and managing order confirmations
- Preparing quotes and invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Handling customer queries and providing excellent service
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with logistics for timely deliveries

- Be available to work full-time from the office
