Sales Administrator Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Processing customer orders and managing order confirmations
  • Preparing quotes and invoices with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Handling customer queries and providing excellent service
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with logistics for timely deliveries
