Regional Sales Director – Land & New Homes Location: Medway

Overview As Regional Sales Director within our Land and New Homes Division, you’ll be the driving force behind our success in your region. You’ll act as the ‘face’ of Land and New Homes across our development sites and estate agencies, delivering maximum value for developers while winning new projects and developments.

This role offers the opportunity to manage one of the UK’s most innovative Land and New Homes agencies, combining strategic leadership, business development, and hands-on relationship management to exceed industry standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the performance and profitability of your region’s Land and New Homes operations.
  • Identify, broker, and secure prospective residential development sites across Staffordshire.
  • Drive income growth and profitability, reporting directly to the New Homes Director.
  • Oversee cost control, return on investment, debt management, and operational compliance.
  • Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to produce impactful, client-facing marketing and PR campaigns.
  • Secure new homes instructions and forge strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Streamline internal and external systems to maximise efficiency and results.
  • Act as a key ambassador for our brand, building our industry reputation and expanding our network.
