Are you a passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse looking to make a difference across early years settings in Medway? Academics are recruiting dedicated practitioners to work across a range of nurseries, providing high-quality care and learning support for young children.
What we're looking for:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
- Experience working with babies, toddlers, or preschool-aged children
- A positive, caring, and proactive approach
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
- A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Your role may include:
- Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities
- Assisting with observations and contributing to planning
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and managers
