As the go between from the workshop to the Office and MD's your responsibilities will focus on getting work completed on time, quality and the welfare of the team.
Key Responsibilities of a Welding and Fabrication Workshop Manager:
- Lead and engage with the workshop team
- Oversee project production & assembly
- Maintain top-quality standards
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Work closely with the engineering team to improve processes
- Troubleshoot bottlenecks, stock issues & machine maintenance
