Sonic Summary

An established M&E services installer is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with at least 5 years of management experience in a similar role.
The position requires a strong understanding of the mechanical services industry and excellent leadership and communication skills.
The role offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000, along with benefits such as 21 days of leave, a contributory pension scheme, and free parking.
The Contracts Manager will primarily work on sites within the M25, with standard hours from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm or 8 am to 5 pm, and no hybrid working options available.
Candidates should possess an HNC/HND in Mechanical Services or a similar qualification, along with practical experience in plumbing and strong computer literacy.

Our established M&E services installer is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager.

The role will suit a Contracts Manager who has proven experience and success in the running and completing of multiple projects, developing and maintaining relationships with Clients and working collaboratively with other departments.

Contracts Manager Qualifications

HNC/HND in Mechanical Services or similar

CSCS

First Aid

SMSTS

Contracts Manager Experience required:

5 years experience in a management role of a similar nature

Good understanding of mechanical services industry and associated materials

Practical experience and skills, to include plumbing

Highly computer literate - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Methodical and organized

Strong leadership skills

Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving

Meticulous detail orientated

Strong communicator, both verbally & in writing

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multitask

Self-motivated

Trustworthy

A level of commercial awareness
