In this role, the successful Contracts Manager would be responsible for overseeing and completing projects full cycle, overseeing health and safety requirements as well as pricing, invoicing and running other engineers on projects.
The ideal HVAC Contracts Manager would have come from a similar background, with good experience as a project or contract manager in the engineering field as well as having relative HVAC engineering experience.
The Role:
- Completing projects from start to finish
- Overseeing pricing, invoicing and the running of projects
- Conducting site surveys
- Occasionally traveling to customer sites across the South East and London
The Person:
- Previous HVAC experience
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager
- Driving license and ability to travel around the South East/London
