We're looking for a driven Regional Contracts Manager to establish and grow a new East Anglia office for a well-established multidisciplinary contractor. This is a rare opportunity for a proven leader to shape a regional presence, build a team, and drive business growth while overseeing existing project delivery.
 
 
Key responsibilities
As a Regional Contracts Manager, you will:
·Set up and grow a new East Anglia regional office.
·Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with business goals.
·Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
·Recruit and mentor key operational staff.
·Secure new business and expand the regional pipeline.
·Lead all regional operations, ensuring delivery and commercial success.
 
 
What we're looking for
To succeed as a Regional Contracts Manager, you should have:
·A proven track record in senior management within energy, civil engineering, or infrastructure.
·Strong leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams.
·Commercial acumen and strong client engagement skills.
