Job Title: Parts Advisor
Location: Rochester, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30 mins paid, 30 mins unpaid break)
Salary:

Semi-skilled: £30,875 per annum
Experienced: £33,023 per annum
Employment Type: Long-term ongoing work with potential for permanent employment

About the Role:
We’re recruiting for an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to join one of the UK’s most respected automotive companies at their site in Rochester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term role with a chance to go permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure parts are stocked, stored, and ready for the technicians and bodyshop teams.
Monitor inventory levels and order parts from suppliers and manufacturers.
Accurately update systems and spreadsheets.
Organise stock and maintain correct storage locations.
Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery updates, incorrect orders, and enquiries.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in an automotive parts or stores environment.
Confident identifying vehicle parts and required materials.
Knowledge of invoicing and receipting procedures.
Solid stock control and management abilities.
Competent with IT systems and strong communication skills.
