About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Psychology lessons for KS5 students.
- Take full teacher responsibilities, including assessment, marking, and reporting on student progress.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student confidence and independence.
- Employ innovative and creative teaching methods to inspire a passion for Psychology.
- Work collaboratively with departmental colleagues and contribute to curriculum development.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS with proven experience teaching Psychology at KS5.
- A dynamic, passionate, and hardworking approach to teaching and learning.
