Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Rochester
Salary: 32,500
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, absence & performance
Support recruitment processes from job adverts to onboarding
Ensure HR policies & procedures are up-to-date and consistently applied
Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR compliance
Deliver key HR reports and analyse workforce data
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Guide managers through performance management processes
Provide proactive, day-to-day HR support to staff and line managers
Key Experience Required:
- Must be CIPD level 5 qualified
