Parts Centre Manager required for Automotive leading nationwide automotive parts retailer located in Rochester.We are recruiting for a Parts Centre Manager for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Parts Centre  Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.The salary on offer for this Parts Centre Manager is £53,000.Parts Centre Manager Person Specification:
  • A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
  • Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
  • Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
  • Motivating and developing the Parts Team
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
The responsibilities of this Parts Centre Manager role are:
  • Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
  • Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
  • As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
  • Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
