Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve all fixed plant and facilities on site.
- Carry out planned and preventative maintenance to maximise equipment availability, performance, and quality.
- Ensure all plant is safe, reliable, and operating to the highest standards.
- Support and contribute to SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) policies.
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant performance.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Qualified, electrically biased engineer with mechanical skills.
- Proven background in a manufacturing environment.
