Our client is seeking a team leader for their site in Rochester, Kent.
The company is afood manufacturer who is growing at an extremely fast pace. They are now looking someone to join their team.
The role:
You are required to set up production machinery, making sure they are clean, set up to the correct specification, weighed, packaged, sealed and labelled correctly.
Main tasks/responsibilities:
1. manage a team in a fast paced food manufacturing environment.
2. Implement and maintain SOP's
3. Management of your team's KPI's
4. Machine set up
5. Support training, development and mentoring of your team
6. Ensuring all health and safety protocols are understoon and followed
7. Ensure good manufacturing standards
8. Continuous quality checking
9. Coordinate the team and daily schedule
You need to have:
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate
Hours of work 8.30-4.30 Monday to Friday
Plenty of overtime available if required.
