The Role: Coaching the Next Generation

You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking crucial Level 3 and Level 4 Mechanical Engineering qualifications in a high-tech facility.

  • Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.

Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)

We are looking for proven occupational experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering:

  • Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Mechanical Engineering (Maintenance or Design background preferred).
  • Technical Qualification: Mandatory Level 4 Engineering related qualification.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
