A modern, forward-thinking, and friendly secondary school in Rochester is seeking a dedicated and resilient Cover Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone local to the area who thrives in a dynamic classroom setting and is passionate about making a positive impact.

About the Role:

• Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of teaching staff

• Engage and motivate students while maintaining excellent classroom behaviour

• Provide support and guidance as needed to help students stay on track

• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and focused learning environment

• Work closely with staff and follow school policies and safeguarding procedures

About You:

• Experience covering lessons across secondary key stages (KS3 & KS4) is essential

• Resilient, approachable, and confident managing a busy classroom

• Able to build positive relationships with students and staff

• Clear enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)

• Fully available from September 2025 for a long-term commitment
