Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across various age groups.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that reflects the school's Catholic values.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's objectives.
- Engage with the wider school community, including parents and governors, to enhance the educational experience of the pupils.
- Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent educational outcomes.
- Ability to teach across different age ranges.
- Practicing Catholic preferred, but not essential; however, a strong willingness to support the Catholic ethos is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Enhanced DBS check will be required.
