Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor working on behalf of a leading Energy services company.

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage building services and erection and commissioning (E&C) subcontracts. You will assist our existing Main Civils Quantity Surveyor when workload allows, prior to E&C works commencing. Some of other duties include;

  • Manage building services and E&C subcontracts.

  • Assist the Main Civils Quantity Surveyor.

  • Manage change and claims. Forecast liabilities.

  • Utilize methods of measurement and re-measurable contracts.

  • Verify measures using drawings.

  • Perform other standard Quantity Surveyor duties.

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience in quantity surveying, preferably with exposure to building services and E&C.

  • Experience with MF/1 and FIDIC contract forms preferred. Strong understanding of contract law and procedures.

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings. Proficient in methods of measurement and re-measurable contracts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
