Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher who can deliver engaging and effective lessons in Geography (and potentially other Humanities subjects) across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Geography and/or Humanities to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports student progress.
- Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Geography at KS3 and KS4 (Humanities experience is a bonus).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
